The Mitsubishi HMI Touch screen GT1020-LBLW/LWLW is a rugged, entry-level operator terminal designed for compact machine control and monitoring. Featuring a 3.7-inch STN monochrome liquid crystal display with white/black polarity, this model delivers crisp 160×64 dot resolution in a horizontal format. Its LED backlight offers three user-selectable colors (white, red, pink) with an estimated 50,000-hour life at 25°C, eliminating the need for lamp replacement. The analog resistive touch panel supports up to 50 touch keys per screen, with a minimum key size of 2×2 dots and a mechanical life exceeding 1 million actuations. Built for industrial durability, the front section meets IP67-equivalent protection (JEM1030) in horizontal mounting. The unit includes 512 KB flash memory for project data, alarm history, recipes, and time-action settings, with 100,000 write cycles. Communication with a PC is via RS-232 (115,200 to 4,800 baud) through a MINI DIN 6-pin female connector for project upload/download, OS installation, and transparent functions.
